Every day, families are quietly overwhelmed by caregiving and recovery responsibilities brought on by aging seniors, disability, or sudden injury.
Many are doing everything they can — often alone — until exhaustion, emotional strain, financial pressure, or crisis takes over.
OBSS Care exists to reach families before that breaking point.
We are a community-based nonprofit dedicated to preventing caregiver burnout, reducing isolation, and strengthening household stability through education, emotional support, navigation assistance, and recovery-stability programs.

Their income closes the door to all options, leaving nothing to help them stay in their homes or maintain independence. They were our teachers, veterans, postal workers, caregivers, and public servants. Now, in retirement, they face a harsh reality: caught in the middle, unable to afford in-home care, assisted living, or the support needed to age safely and with dignity.
Support Middle-Income Seniors Who Don’t Qualify for Aid & Can’t Afford Care Every day, more middle-income seniors fall through the cracks—disqualified from government assistance because they earned just a few dollars too much. There is no support system for this income group, yet they can’t afford the care they need to survive.
